QGIS Server runs QGIS projects headlessly and publishes their layers through WMS, WMTS, WFS, WCS, and OGC API Features. It reuses QGIS Desktop styles and rendering, supports transactional feature editing and print layouts, and can be extended with Python plugins. QGIS Cloud is a separate managed offering that includes QGIS Server.
