Canonical: https://gisforweb.com/tools/web-worldwind/

NASA's WebGL globe engine for the browser, with terrain, imagery layers, and 3D shapes.

Web WorldWind is a 3D planetary globe engine written in JavaScript and maintained by NASA, with contributions from the European Space Agency since 2015. It renders a WebGL globe with terrain elevation and imagery layers, including WMS, WMTS and TMS services, and adds placemarks, extruded polygons, geographic meshes and COLLADA models on top of it. It is the web edition of the WorldWind SDK family, alongside the Java, Android and WorldWind Server Kit distributions.
